Submission of your booking fee signifies your agreement and understanding of these terms. •You can NOT be pregnant, nursing (FOR COSMETIC TATTOO) •You must be 18 years or older •No refunds permitted Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your deposit over ONE TIME, as long as you give more than 48HRS notice. After one reschedule, a booking fee will be required to book a new date. *Reschedule or cancellation will forfeit any promotional rates and will be subjected to current prices. Appointments must be cancelled 48HRS before your schedule appointment. CANCELING with less than 48HRS notice will result in loss of your booking fee & will be subjected to 20% surcharge to card on file. SAME DAY CANCELLING & NO-SHOW will forfeit booking fee & will be subjected to 20% surcharge to card on file. 15 minute late Policy: Being more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeit of your booking fee and auto-cancellation of your appointment. A new booking fee will be required to re-book a new appointment. **Kindly take into account travel time to avoid being late to your appointment.
